POLICIES AT AESTHETIQUE

Important to Know

  • We believe that honesty and transparency are key when it comes to your well-being. We aspire to tailor each visit to your needs.

Scheduling:

Please note, it's your responsibility to remember the date/time of your appointment in order to prevent missed appointments.


Cancellation:

  • Aesthetique Spa & Wellness has a 48-hour cancellation policy prior to your scheduled appointment.  Cancellations can be done online or by contacting us at 970.717.0393.

  • Aesthetique Spa & Wellness reserves the right to charge $75 fee for cancellations made less than 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  We will do our very best to accommodate the same service for a different time that day in the event you do not meet the 48-hour cancellation window.  However, there is no guarantee that will be possible.

No Shows:

  • No-show or missed appointments without a 48-hour cancellation notice will be charged a $75 fee.  Appointments are in high demand and Aesthetique Spa & Wellness may utilize independent licensed professionals to fulfill services and/or groups.  Therefore, we ask that you respect their valuable time and another client's access to scheduling an appointment.


Late Arrivals;

  • Late arrivals of 15-minutes or greater may result in a shortened session or a missed appointment at the discretion of Aesthetique Spa & Wellness.  Please note, you will be responsible for payment of the full service.  So, please plan accordingly and contact us at 970.717.0393 in the event you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Products:

  • All sales are final. 

  • Aesthetique Spa & Wellness does not accept refunds on skincare products.  However, if a product is returned one week from the date of purchase, a 30% credit based on full retail price may be applied toward a service.

Services:

  • Services provided are non-refundable. 

  • To ensure the best possible experience, your practitioner will conduct a health history review prior to your service to discuss your needs and determine if there are any contraindications.  A consent/waiver form will be provided prior to your session.  If your practitioner believes it's unsafe to render your service, he/she may recommend an alternative or modify your session.   

  • Delivering a positive experience is important to us, so please share any special requests, sensitivities, allergies, if you are taking any medications, or if you have any special medical conditions.  If you are unsure whether you should receive a service, please consult with your physician prior to making an appointment.

  • In the interest of safety, Aesthetique Spa & Wellness along with independent licensed professionals reserves the right to refuse a service at any time.
